Visa Requirements in Malaysia

Step 1
  • The file opens charge Tk. 5,000.
  • Fill up the application form; pay the Application fee and EMGS fee (RM 2600-3000 approx.).
  • 1 (One) Certified true copies of all academic qualifications (in English Translation).
  • Scan/Photocopy of passport with at least validity of 1 year (all pages including blank pages).
  • 1 (One) Certified true copies of English Language Proficiency (if applicable); IELTS/ TOEFL/ PTE/TOEIC.
  • Health Examination and Medical Record.
  • 4 copies (35 x 45mm) white background photo.
  • Statement of purpose, CV, recommendation letters, sponsor fund (if required).

Visa Requirements in Malaysia

Step 2: The application pack will be sent to the University.

The University may take up to 2-4 weeks to send the email copy Letter of Acceptance (LOA) if eligible.

Step 3: Pay the administration & tuition fees (partial/ full). You can expect the original LoA and VAL in 6-8 weeks.

Step 4: Fill up the visa application form and submit it with passport and other relevant documents at the High Commission of Malaysia to obtain a single-entry permit. Visa stamping fees (BDT 4000-6000 Tk.)

Final Step 5

Students are required to inform the University of their arrival details at least 5 (five) working days prior to their arrival in Malaysia. Kindly take note that you might need to be picked up by the University’s representative at the airport in order to obtain clearance from the Immigration check.
